Great care is taken in preparing your order. This is carefully packaged and shipped in a sturdy cardboard box to protect it.
In order to receive your bear as soon as possible and in the best conditions, make sure you have correctly informed your delivery address, providing all the necessary information to the delivery person.

 

The expedition

Orders are shipped within 24/48 hours from Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays. This is the processing time for your order before it is sent.
An order placed on Monday will be shipped Wednesday at the latest. An order placed on Friday will be shipped Tuesday at the latest.

 

Transport and delivery

Once ready and packed, your order is handed over to the carrier. For their reliability and efficiency, we have chosen to work with Colissimo services.

Delivery without signature in letterbox. Deadlines in working days, from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. No Saturday delivery for some overseas destinations If the letterbox cannot contain the package, a calling card is left there. It indicates the post office or the relay point where to collect it. You then have 15 consecutive days to collect it. Beyond this period, the package is returned to us. We reserve the right to send your parcel against signature for certain shipments, at no additional cost.

Delivery against signature. Deadlines in working days depending on the specifics of each country.
In case of absence, a notice of pending is left in the mailbox. It indicates the post office or relay point where to collect the package. The recipient then has 7 to 15 consecutive days to collect it.

Customs fees
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, including Overseas Departments and Territories, customs charges may be applied on arrival. These costs are entirely the responsibility of the recipient.
